Clyde Process Limited is a member of the Schenck Process Group and is the new name for Clyde Materials Handling Limited, a former operating subsidiary of Clyde Process Solutions plc.
In February 2011, Clyde Process Solutions was acquired by the Schenck Process Group, a manufacturer of best-in-class process solutions for customer's weighing, feeding, screening and automation needs.
Clyde Process Limited designs, manufactures, supplies and services a broad range of materials handling solutions, including:-
- All forms of pneumatic conveying systems, namely Ultra-Dense, Dense, Medium, & Lean phase systems. Offering both positive pressure blowing systems and Vacuum conveying systems, CMH provides systems with conveying distances from 3m to 3000m and throughputs from a few kg/hr up to 300tph.
- Pneumatic process injection systems for fuels or additives. Smooth, variable-rate injection into processes, via either single or multiple injection points with accuracies better than 0.5% and against backpressures of 20 Barg or more.
- Sturtevant Industrial vacuum cleaning systems, mobile vacuum cleaners, fixed centralised vacuum cleaning systems and dust extraction systems.
- Dome valves, incorporating an inflatable seal, for specialised applications, including pressure tight isolation, abrasive product handling and unrestricted full bore flow.
- Dustless loading chutes, wear-resistant pipe work and bends and a host of complementary products and accessories
- MAC Equipment Air / Dust Filtration Technology, from simple bin vent filters to full dust extraction systems. Various flter media is available including a range of bag materials and cartridges.
