UK Solids Handling Sector visit to the CHoPS/ICBMH Conference and BULKEX Exhibition in Brisbane, 3rd to 7th August.

UK Trade and Investment are providing UK solids handling companies with an opportunity to attend two major international solids handling conferences combined with the BULKEX exhibition at the Brisbane Convention Centre between 3rd and 7th August 2009.

Event organisers are expecting around 300 conference delegates and 3000 exhibition visitors. More information

NEW COUNCIL MEMBERS

Two new members, Simon Pantall, General Manager of DMN and Mark Hardwick, Sales Director of Geo Robson (Conveyors) were voted onto the SHAPA Council at this year's AGM held on 10th July. Simon Pantall commented, "Our Company has always benefited from membership of SHAPA, and I'm looking forward to putting something back into the association."

ATEX SEMINAR SELL-OUT

The SHAPA ATEX seminar in Lichfield on 20th June 2002 was a complete sell out, with over 80 delegates enjoying excellent presentations and discussions by leading speakers involved in legislation, certification, product design and manufacture. It was so successful that a second seminar is being planned for January 2003.
