International Women’s Day provides a spotlight to showcase the commitment to women's equality, launch new initiatives and action, celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness, highlight gender parity gains and more.
SHAPA canvassed its membership, and below are a few of the influencers within our member companies showcasing their stories, achievements and successes. As an association we are committed to increase the number of women in Engineering, through initiatives with organisations, including, The Arkwright trust, Imagineering, The Primary Engineer and the IMeche. Getting the gender balance right is vital to the success and future of our industry.
